1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Vysion ("Service"), operated by Vysion BV, a company incorporated in Belgium, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and Vysion BV.
2. Description of Service
Vysion provides B2B email security services ("SOC lite") including:
- Real-time email threat detection (phishing, BEC, invoice fraud)
- IBAN change fraud detection via sender baseline tracking
- Domain spoofing and homoglyph detection
- PDF attachment threat analysis
- Data breach monitoring (Have I Been Pwned integration)
- AI security assistant for incident guidance
The Service integrates with Microsoft 365 and Gmail mailboxes via OAuth. Detection is rules-based and deterministic.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Authenticate with a valid Microsoft 365 or Google account
- Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to bind your organization
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. The account owner who creates the organization is designated as the Owner and is responsible for managing team members and billing.
4. Email Provider Integration
The Service requires access to your Microsoft 365 or Gmail account via OAuth 2.0. By connecting your account, you authorize us to:
- Read email messages and metadata in your mailbox
- Read attachment metadata and content for threat analysis
- Create draft messages (for compose functionality)
- Move messages between folders (for cleanup functionality)
You represent that you have the authority to grant this access for yourself and, if applicable, for your organization.
5. Subscription and Payment
5.1 Plans and Pricing
The Service is offered on a per-seat, monthly subscription basis. Current plans and pricing are displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Prices are in Euros and exclude applicable VAT.
5.2 Free Trial
New organizations receive a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method (credit or debit card) is required to start the trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Each organization is entitled to one free trial only.
5.3 Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Additional seats are billed at the per-seat rate for your plan.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Billing Portal (accessible via Settings > Subscription > Manage plan). Upon cancellation:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your data will be retained for 30 days, then deleted
5.5 Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period. If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us at billing@vysion.be within 14 days of the charge.
5.6 Price Changes
We may change our prices with 30 days' written notice via email. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
For consumers within the EU, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
